I believe that everyone deserves a space without judgement to explore who they are, how they got here and where they want to go. My goal as a therapist is to provide support while helping clients figure out what isn’t working for them in their life or relationships and then work as a team to make changes. I am fully trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and find success in mixing DBT skills with a talk therapy/psychodynamic approach that best fits each client individually. Therapy is not one size fits all. You are the expert in you and it is important to explore and identify your strengths and use those to make the changes you feel would benefit you. It takes a village and I love that my job lets me be part of someone's village and support their goals for creating the life they want to live.
