Introduction

As a mother, educator, and mental health provider, I bring a unique blend of personal and professional experience to my therapeutic practice. I work to support youth (school-age through young adulthood), as well as parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children. Having navigated my own journey through trauma, grief, identity, and infertility, I offer empathetic and insightful guidance to those facing similar challenges. Areas of expertise include crisis support for those experiencing suicidal ideation, trauma-informed care (drawing on both clinical and lived experience), and affirming support for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I believe strongly in the power of inclusive and trauma-informed practices to create a safe, nurturing environment for all clients. My approach is tailored to each individual's needs, recognizing that every person's story is unique and deserving of compassionate, skilled care. Whether you're a young person navigating life's complexities, a parent seeking support, someone in need of guidance and affirmation, or someone in need of crisis intervention, I'm here to offer a steady, understanding presence on your journey toward healing and growth.
