I am licensed in Washington with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, Igbt-related issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in love and compassion and the resiliency of the human spirit. I am living proof of it. In our work together, I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. My life, like yours, has been complex and ever-evolving. I’ve worked across a wide range of settings, including cafés, weekly publications, early childhood education, outpatient behavioral health and medical clinics, and Crisis Respite. These experiences, along with the life challenges I’ve faced—such as loss, betrayal, and hardship—have shaped how I show up in the world today. I understand what it means to struggle, to feel alone, and to navigate difficult circumstances and uncertainty. Because of this, I bring both empathy and many years of real-life perspective to the work I do. I’ve also been fortunate to experience deep love, connection, joy, and personal growth. My journey has given me a strong belief that recovery and healing are possible, and that there are many different paths to get there. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with friends, listening to music, dance, staying active, and engaging in creative and reflective practices like yoga, reading, writing, art, meditation, and ongoing learning. I hope to see you soon!
