Introduction

I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic stress using EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Deep Brain Reorienting. I offer mind–body and nature-based options to support nervous system regulation and create a safe, inclusive space. I also work with people who identify as neurodivergent, especially those with Autism or ADHD, who have often spent years trying to navigate a world that doesn’t always make room for them. They may feel misunderstood, overlooked, or pressured to function in ways that don’t actually work for them. I provide Adult ADHD and Autism evaluations and personalized guidance for clarity and self-understanding. Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, and easy to talk to. Together we’ll explore what you’re carrying, build on your strengths, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you. If you’re ready to feel more grounded and supported, I’d be honored to work with you.
