Introduction

Intuitive Wellness serves adults in North Central West Virginia (in-person) and WV/VA/PA (telehealth) At Intuitive Wellness, you’ll be supported through specialized trauma therapy using the NeuroAffective Relational Model® (NARM®) and Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) to gently address complex trauma (including relational, developmental, and attachment trauma), as well as shock trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, or simply adjusting to life changes. Many people I work with may understand their patterns intellectually yet feel unable to truly experience change or translate insight into lived relief. Our work together will be heart-centered, relational, and body aware, supporting you in moving beyond understanding alone and into more of a felt sense of safety, choice, and connection, while honoring the depth, resilience, and uniqueness of your experience.
