Welcome. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming and I want to commend you for being here. Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time, returning after a break, or unsure if it’s the right fit, reaching out is an act of courage. I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical experience, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from California State University, Chico. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric units, integrated care, and community-based agencies. I also provide individual psychotherapy for adults, teens, and families. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, drawing from various evidence-based practices to meet your unique needs. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and those seeking to live more authentic and empowered lives. In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer comprehensive immigration evaluations as well as Bariatric behavioral health evaluations. My goal is to provide a supportive and professional experience during what can often be a stressful process. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength and live more freely grounded in who they truly are. I strive to create a safe, affirming space for all.
