Introduction

At ARC Counseling, we believe healing begins in relationships. Every client brings their own story, and we strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered to grow. Our work is rooted in attachment theory, which recognizes how early experiences shape the way we connect with others and ourselves. By exploring these patterns, we help clients strengthen trust, security, and resilience in their lives and relationships. Alongside attachment-focused care, our therapists may incorporate play therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices tailored to your needs. ARC Counseling is a Christian-based organization that believes faith can be a powerful source of hope and healing. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs. While our counselors are clinically trained professionals, we can integrate faith into the counseling process when desired. We provide counseling for children, teens, adults, and couples. In addition to our licensed clinicians, ARC Counseling is a teaching practice that offers training for graduate-level counseling interns. This allows us to provide reduced-fee services while ensuring interns are closely supervised and supported by experienced professionals. Our team is committed to ongoing professional growth, research, and supervision so that every client receives the highest quality of care.
