Introduction

I work with individuals in life-transitions or relationship conflicts. My job is to help you understand yourself more to feel unstuck in order to move forward in your life. I offer a collaborative, creative space where we can slow down and get curious. I use art alongside conversation to explore the stories that have shaped your life experience. My hope is to support you in feeling heard, respected, and empowered as we work together to imagine new possibilities of moving forward in your life. I have availability in the mornings and evenings, both in person and Telehealth. Please reach out to see if we're a good fit.
