Introduction

I’m Dr. Ariana Vidaña (she/her), a clinical psychologist who works with professionals, Veterans, and minoritized individuals (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, etc.). My expertise is in treating posttraumatic stress disorder, oppression-based stress, relational difficulties, and supporting those who are impacted by a loved one's substance use. I provide individual, group, and couples therapy. My work is rooted in providing evidence-based cognitive behavioral interventions focused on reducing symptoms and building a meaningful life. I also value the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and integrate relational interventions throughout my work. As a woman of color with intersecting minoritized identities, I value honoring each person’s unique experiences and supporting clients in feeling empowered as their whole selves. I encourage you to reach out above and schedule a free consultation to see if we are a good fit. Licensed in IL, NY, and via PSYPACT (https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap)
