Introduction

Ariann works with adolescents and adults, ages 12 and up, and believes therapy works best when clients feel truly heard. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore what’s weighing on them, build practical skills, and move toward the life they want. Ariann is especially passionate about helping clients with life transitions, family conflict, trauma. She draws on a strength-based approach and tailors each session to the person in front of her, whether that’s a teen working through school and family stress or an adult navigating a big life change.
