Life can feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming — especially when you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. You may feel unsure how to manage your emotions, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. If any part of this resonates, you’re not alone. You don’t have to navigate it by yourself.I work with adults, teens, couples, parents, and women who are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I support individuals experiencing PTSD, perinatal mental health concerns, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, and LGBTQ+. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to put their experiences into words. You don’t need to know where to start—I create a safe, nonjudgmental space and tailor therapy using CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, attachment and strength-based approaches, with a focus on trauma and perinatal care. I became a therapist because I know how heavy life can feel when no one taught you how to cope, feel, or heal from trauma. Therapy can be a gentle space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. I offer warmth, care, and steady support as we walk your healing journey together.
