I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and Holistic Mental Health & Healing Practitioner, offering therapy that honors the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I identify as a queer Haitian-American woman, originally from New York, and my work is deeply informed by cultural humility, lived experience, and relational care. I hold a Master of Arts and a Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from the University at Albany. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of New York. I have a long-standing passion for working with youth, young adults, women, people of color, and LGBTQI+ individuals, particularly those navigating identity development, life transitions, relational wounds, and emotional overwhelm. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed, and I welcome clients of all genders, races, cultural backgrounds, countries of origin, sexual orientations, religions, abilities, and body sizes. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported in reconnecting with themselves and moving toward meaningful, sustainable change. I approach therapy collaboratively, integrating evidence-based psychological frameworks with somatic awareness, mindfulness, and nervous system–informed care, always guided by each client’s unique needs and values.
