“Healing doesn’t begin when all threats disappear-it begins when we feel deeply connected, seen, and held.” —Gabor Maté As a trauma-informed counselor, Ariela prioritizes understanding the ways life experiences can shape our mental health, relationships, and sense of self. She believes healing happens through connection and flourishes in spaces that are open, curious, compassionate, and free of judgment- where we feel safe enough to explore and embrace our authentic selves. Ariela offers evidence-based care informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship and interpersonal stressors, substance-use concerns, and other life transitions.
