Introduction

I am a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy to adolescents and adults in New York. I work especially well with people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally intense, misunderstood, or out of step with the world around them, including those navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, postpartum experiences, chronic illness, and difficult family dynamics. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in DBT and CBT, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, work with their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
