I am an Associate Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience supporting individuals through challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. My clinical training included working in a community mental health setting where I developed a collaborative, strengths-based approach with diverse populations across the lifespan. I integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support clients in achieving meaningful change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
