You don’t have to wait until everything feels overwhelming to reach out for support. I work primarily with women and teen girls navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image concerns, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with confidence and identity. I also work with children when their needs align with my experience and scope of practice. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I strive to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable showing up as yourself. Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for navigating difficult emotions, and work toward greater confidence, emotional wellness, and a stronger sense of self. For clients who desire it, I also offer optional Biblical Integration. Based on your preferences and therapeutic goals, this may include exploring concerns through the lens of Scripture and Christian values and thoughtfully incorporating biblical principles into the therapeutic process. Biblical Integration is completely optional, and clients of all religious and spiritual backgrounds are welcome. Whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or returning during a new season of life, my goal is to provide a space where you can process what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and continue becoming the person you are growing into. Healing has a home here.
