Introduction

Hi, I’m Arielle, a trauma therapist at Ignite. I work with adults who are struggling with symptoms of PTSD. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and built on a foundation of positive rapport. Clients experience healing through accessing the best version of themselves - an inner voice that believes in them, knows their story is true, and is hopeful about the future. I integrate EMDR, parts work, somatic interventions, and clinical hypnosis to address each client’s trauma in the unique way that best fits their needs.
