Introduction
I focus on creating a neurodivergent, queer, and BIMPOC-empowering space where individuals can deconstruct old narratives and rebuild a stronger foundation of self. My clients seek art therapy and neurodiversity assessments because they've often felt unseen with talk-based therapies rooted in dominant culture ideas of "success" and "normalcy". Ultimately, most folks want to feel more safe in their ability to live authentically and sustainably.
