Life can feel overwhelming, and anxiety or stress may make it hard to care for yourself the way you want to. Opening up to a therapist can feel intimidating at first, and it takes courage to share your inner thoughts with someone new. My role is to provide a safe, steady space where you can express yourself freely and begin to feel more grounded. Through therapy, I help clients reduce stress and anxiety, build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and reconnect with their strengths. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or patterns like people-pleasing or overthinking, we work together at a pace that feels right for you. I received my master’s degree in Counseling from Xavier University of Louisiana. I use an integrative approach that blends person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral techniques. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and support individuals and couples in building healthy, fulfilling relationships. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are and helping them grow into their full potential. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more supported, more confident, and more equipped to handle life’s challenges. I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey, reach out when you’re ready to get started.
