Hi, I'm Arlie. I support individuals, couples, and families navigating the complex intersections of adoption, attachment, and trauma. I provide a compassionate and grounded space for clients to explore identity, belonging, and relational safety while working toward deeper emotional integration and healing. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and adoption competent, honoring each client’s lived experience and the protective adaptations that once served them. As an adoptee, I recognize the profound impact of early attachment experiences, ambiguous loss & grief, cultural dislocation, and racial isolation that often accompany transracial adoption, and I aim to create space for these experiences to be seen, felt, and integrated. Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned to hold both the love and the loss, to honor the complexity of adoption, and to bridge the divide between pain and connection. Reclaiming my story allowed me to move from living in trauma responses to embodying authenticity, self-compassion, and genuine connection. My hope is to help others find that same wholeness within themselves and their relationships.
