Introduction

I invite you to come and TALK IT OUT, not TOUGH IT OUT. It would be my honor to join your journey to help you find your path toward living Happier, Healthier and Longer. My approach is to first develop a meaningful and trusting relationship. Then to customize the approach to support your emotional growth, including CBT, relational, experiential, attachment, and play therapy. Through our journey together, pain can be relieved, growth can happen, and "Corrective Emotional Experiences" can begin to have a positive impact on your life. This is a multicultural therapy practice, where men and women, old and young, from every region, religion, sexual orientation, race, and ethnicity have come and are welcome. I have a special expertise helping men, both young and old, as we generally tend to Tough It Out. Some of my specialities inclued treating teenages, divorce, athletes, eating disorders, generalized anxiety, grief, marriage, parenting, blended families, and special needs families. I am also leading the trauma prevention program for The Birdwell Foundation that focuses on supporting veterans and first responders struggling with PTSD. Let's get started today
