Introduction

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming — especially if you’ve already tried different approaches and still feel stuck. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and fully EMDR-trained therapist, working with adults across California who are navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD (including Relationship OCD), ADHD, perfectionism, and burnout. Clients often tell me they’re exhausted — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Tired of racing thoughts, self-doubt, guilt, and the pressure to “have it together,” yet afraid that if they let go, everything will fall apart. Many come to me after trying therapy (or even EMDR) before, feeling like it didn’t go deep enough. That’s why I use both standard EMDR and specialized EMDR protocols for challenges like OCD, body image struggles, relationship OCD, and OCPD — so the work fits you, not the other way around. My approach blends compassion with directness. I’ll listen closely, reflect what I hear, and help you reframe negative beliefs while highlighting your strengths. I also use CBT, mindfulness, ACT, and parts work to help you break free from patterns that keep you overwhelmed or disconnected. You can expect me to be attentive, warm, and authentic — creating a space where nothing is too much or too small to share. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you feel safe enough to be yourself, trust your own voice, and finally move toward the calmer, more connected life you’ve been wanting. I provide both telehealth sessions across California and in-person therapy in Los Angeles — so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what you’ve been carrying, what you’d like to shift, and how therapy can help. From there, we’ll schedule your first session and begin creating a plan that feels supportive and realistic.
