No matter a person’s age or stage of life, I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, understood, and supported while navigating life’s challenges. I’ve been practicing as a clinical counselor since 2015 and during that time I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, meaning I believe healing happens in a safe, authentic relationship built on trust, acceptance, and collaboration. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients build practical skills, challenge unhelpful patterns , and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. Whether someone is healing from past experiences, working through relationship or family conflicts, or simply trying to better understand themselves, I’m honored to walk alongside them. Therapy isn’t just about addressing problems—it’s about growth, empowerment, and building a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
