Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in Public Health (MPH), specializing in the intersection of mental health, chronic illness, and life-altering transitions. My work is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the profound emotional toll of medical challenges—including first responder stress injuries, sports performance barriers, end-of-life care, and carepartner burnout. My career has spanned hospitals, research institutions, and integrative health settings. This "wide-angle view" of the healthcare system has shown me both its strengths and its gaps. Having walked alongside patients and families as they confront the isolation of complex diagnoses, my mission is to help you feel less alone and more in control of your narrative. My Approach Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy, I focus on helping you build psychological flexibility. We don't just look at symptoms; we look at the whole person. Whether we are using Socratic Dialogue or somatic practices, our goal is to restore your sense of agency and reconnect you with a life of purpose, even in the presence of pain or loss. Beyond the Office I believe asking for help is an act of elite-level courage. It takes strength to sit with vulnerability and take steps toward change, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients in that work. Originally from Atlanta, I’ve called Bozeman home since 2007. I earned my undergraduate degree from Emory University and dual master’s degrees (MSW/MPH) from UNC-Chapel Hill.
