Are you having the same argument over and over? Did your relationship experience betrayal and loss of trust? Or are you simply living as roommates or logistical partners who run a family, bussing kids across various sports/schools events, with little to no passion toward each other? I am here to help! I work with couples to identify the patterns that block connection and to rediscover the emotional bond that brought you two together. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where both of you feel heard, respected, and understood. Change begins when we learn to understand - not fix - each other. For over 16 years, I have worked for the largest healthcare system in the United States, supporting individuals and couples, across diverse identities and lived experiences. I completed a 6-month didactic rotation in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I have a certification in Level 1 & 2 in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. And I recently became certified as professional life coach with a focus on Relationship and Sex Coaching. I believe LOVE unites us all. My role is to hold space, listen deeply, and support you in creating the relationship you long for. I offer two services; Couples Therapy and Relationship/Sex Coaching. For Couples Therapy, I’m licensed in California and Colorado, and offer evening sessions via video-telehealth for accessibility and ease. Call or email me to schedule your free 25-minute consultation. For Relationship and Sex Coaching, I accept clients worldwide and offer free 25-minute discovery session. Disclaimer: 1. Coaching services are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical care. Coaching does not include the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or other professional services when those services are needed. 2. The Coach is separately licensed as a clinical social worker. However, services provided under this agreement are coaching services and do not establish a therapist-client or psychotherapy relationship. The Coach will not provide psychotherapy under this coaching agreement. 3. If the Client’s needs appear to require psychotherapy, medical care, crisis intervention, or another service outside the scope of coaching, the Coach may recommend or require that the Client seek an appropriately qualified professional. Coaching may be discontinued when it is no longer appropriate.
