I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with licenses in both California and Virginia. I hold a Doctorate in Psychology with a specialization in Criminology and Justice Studies, and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. Since 2011, I've worked with young adults, individuals, and couples, specializing in relationship issues. My approach is integrative, supportive, and grounded in helping clients heal past wounds and build more connected, fulfilling relationships.
