I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, Men's issues, anxiety and depression related challenges. My work is grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping people build stability, resilience, and a stronger sense of direction in their lives. I have extensive experience working with first responders, veterans and trauma survivors, and I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, DBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-focused therapy. I believe effective therapy should feel practical, honest, and connected to real life. My approach emphasizes nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful forward movement while creating a space that is supportive, direct, and nonjudgmental. I also believe mental health is deeply connected to foundational areas of life including sleep, nutrition, movement, and safe relationships, and I work collaboratively with clients to strengthen those areas as part of long-term healing and resilience.
