I have a passion for tackling issues related to womanhood, maternal mental health, relationships, and anxiety. I have a core belief that everything comes back to self-worth. With a healthy level of self worth, you will no longer question whether you are good enough; you will know you are enough. It is my goal to create a safe environment for you to tell your stories; a brave space where you feel empowered to speak your mind and make lasting changes in your life. My main purpose as your therapist is to help you let go of your need to be “perfect” and learn to love yourself. Therapy can be heavy. We will dig into the nitty gritty details of your life and work together to challenge your negative thinking, to push yourself, and to grow. My hope is to validate and support you through the many challenging phases of life. It is my absolute honor to share your most vulnerable places with you and I do not take that privilege lightly.
