Introduction

I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years, providing counseling and coaching services to individuals of all ages. I am also a Certified Sports Social Worker with a passion for helping people improve not only their mental health, but their overall quality of life, sense of purpose, and ability to live fully. My belief is that every person has value, purpose, and the capacity for growth, even in the midst of pain, loss, or hardship. My own story has been one of survival, exploration, healing, and learning how to move beyond what has happened to me in order to truly live with meaning and intention. I have personally worked through family trauma, adversity, and difficult life experiences. Because of that, I do not approach healing only from a clinical perspective, but also from a place of deep understanding, compassion, and hope. I know what it means to rebuild, rediscover purpose, and choose growth even when life has been painful. Today, I believe G-d has called me to create a space where others can find healing, hope, empowerment, and the courage to step into the life they were meant to live.
