My goal is to create a space that feels warm, safe, and genuinely accepting. I know that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I approach each person’s story with respect, and a deep appreciation for their unique journey. I like meeting people right where they are, without judgment or expectation, and I take a holistic view that honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit. I believe we all have an innate capacity to grow and heal. Through collaboration and a strengths‑based approach, I work alongside you to build resilience, wisdom, to be empowered to live your best life! I help clients notice unhelpful patterns, strengthen their practical skills for navigating challenges such as anxiety/depression, relationship stress, addiction, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting teens 14-years old and up to navigate life' challenges, and move toward joyful purpose in their lives. Authenticity, compassion, and a touch of humor guide my work. I see therapy as a collaborative process—working together to set meaningful goals and move toward restoration and peace of mind. Additionally as a CADC I, I bring a strong understanding of addiction and substance use disorders. I'm skilled in relapse prevention and recovery maintenance, and I support people in building lasting change with compassion and respect.
