I am trained as an advocate to raise awareness around perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and I specialize in grief and loss, infertility, and adoption. In addition to working with the perinatal population, I also provide support to individuals and couples facing a range of life challenges. My approach is grounded in collaboration. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk beside you—offering guidance, not direction.
