I support individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and the physical and relational impacts these experiences create. Many of my clients are used to managing demanding lives while carrying significant responsibility—they often understand their struggles intellectually, yet still find it difficult to feel relief, relax, or enjoy closeness. I help you explore the connections between your experiences, emotions, and physical responses, developing practical ways to feel more comfortable and connected. My approach integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic work, and attachment-based techniques. I work with individuals, couples, and families across young adulthood through elder years, offering a warm, affirming space where you don't need to have everything figured out. Together, we turn insight into meaningful change at a manageable pace. I provide telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
