Introduction

Maybe life doesn't look the way you expected it to right now. Maybe you're overwhelmed, stuck, struggling in your relationships, or simply tired of trying to figure everything out on your own. Sometimes the challenges are big and seem insurmountable. Other times, it's the day-to-day stress of work, family, relationships, self-esteem, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or major life changes that begins to take its toll. Sometimes, life just seems to keep compounding, making each day feel harder than the one before. My name is Ashleigh, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, and Certified Mindfulness-Informed Practitioner. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating the challenges of life and looking for support, understanding, and a way forward. I also have a particular interest in working with women who are balancing the demands of work, relationships, family, and everyday life. Many women are accustomed to being the ones everyone depends on, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Whether you're dealing with work stress, burnout, difficulty setting boundaries, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply trying to figure out what you want for yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and determine what comes next. It would be my pleasure to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
