Introduction

Hi, I’m Ashleigh. I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona and the therapist behind Therapy by Ashleigh. I came into this work because I believe healing happens when people are given a safe space to tell their truth and feel genuinely supported through it. My own experiences and my years of working with clients have shaped a practice that is warm, real, and deeply trauma-informed. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, relationship wounds, and identity work, and I especially love supporting clients who feel stuck between who they’ve had to be and who they’re becoming. I also provide EMDR therapy for clients wanting deeper, long lasting healing beyond traditional talk therapy. My approach is relational and collaborative. I work side by side with you, help you make sense of your story, and give you the tools to move forward feeling safer, stronger, and more grounded in yourself. Therapy with me is a mix of honest conversation, nervous-system-focused work, and practical strategies you can actually use in your daily life. If you’re ready to understand yourself more fully, change the patterns that no longer serve you, and finally feel like you’re not carrying everything alone, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
