Introduction

Do you struggle to set boundaries, question your identity or self-worth, or react emotionally in ways that feel confusing? Do you wish you could better understand what’s underneath your reactions and feel more confident, grounded, and in control? I work with couples, families, and adult individuals who feel stuck in family patterns and dynamics that keep them from the life they want, including losing their sense of self in relationships, navigating mental-health challenges within their family, or repeating generational patterns they never wanted to repeat. My approach to therapy is grounded in Bowen Family Systems Theory. As a Bowen Family Systems Therapist, I help clients look beneath the presenting problem to understand multigenerational patterns and relationship dynamics. I believe change can happen without sacrificing connection. My style blends directness, calmness, and empowerment with a down-to-earth, emotionally neutral presence and humor. I hold a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Texas Wesleyan University and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas. If something here resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you and help you decide if therapy is the right fit. Schedule a free consultation today.
