I am a strengths-based therapist, focusing on mindfulness, giving you the opportunity to be still and listen to your own truth. I use my knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify old patterns of thinking that keep you stuck and, then, help you begin to embrace and create new thoughts to empower you. Additionally, I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I embrace diversity and the qualities we each possess which make us unique across the bigger sky. I enjoy helping people on their journeys toward becoming whole. Healing is a process, and I recognize change can be unsettling. I see my role as guiding hard work in a safe space. I believe exploration of healthy coping strategies, strength building skills, and enhancing compassionate support systems fosters increased self-confidence and resilience. In my spare time, I love traveling, spending time with my family, and taking care of animals.
