Introduction

Hi, my name is Ashleigh Tricksey, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia dedicated to helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and major life changes with clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and results-focused, designed to help you make meaningful progress without feeling like therapy has to last forever. Using evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches, I’ll help you identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical tools you can use in your daily life. If you’re ready to take an active role in your healing journey and are looking for structured, solution-focused therapy rather than open-ended sessions that drag on for years, we’ll be a great fit. My clients are motivated individuals who are serious about making positive changes and ready to prioritize themselves. I specialize in biweekly or monthly sessions for clients who are committed to applying what they learn between sessions and want therapy that’s focused, intentional, and empowering. If you’re ready to move forward with purpose and start feeling like yourself again, let’s work together.
