Introduction

I work with adults and parents who want to better understand themselves, their patterns, and how their experiences are showing up in daily life and relationships. Many of my clients are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, or the desire to break generational cycles and show up more intentionally in their lives and parenting. After 15 years of seeing clients, Ive learned how to take a warm, collaborative, and insight-driven approach. Clients often describe feeling understood, normalized, and supported while also walking away with practical tools they can actually use. I blend emotional exploration with psychoeducation on the brain, body, and stress responses to help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface—not just manage symptoms. Together, we explore how your history, relationships, and internal narratives shape your current challenges, and we work toward shifting those patterns in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with who you want to be. I bring humor, honesty, and a grounded human connection into the therapy space, because healing works best when it feels safe and real. I specialize in working with adults in California and Texas, and I also offer parent coaching in any state for caregivers wanting support, clarity, and more confident, connected parenting. Sessions are structured but flexible—starting with grounding intake work and moving into your goals, patterns, and lived experience. You don’t just talk about what’s wrong; we work toward understanding why it’s happening and what can actually change it. I offer cash-pay sessions and can provide courtesy claims and superbills to your insurance company when applicable. This often allows insurance companies to reimburse you depending on your benefits.
