Introduction

I am a therapist licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin and working out of Rockford, IL. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and change. My goal as a therapist is to support you in becoming your most authentic and empowered self. Life presents us with complex challenges, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate them. My approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to meet your unique needs.
