Hi, I’m Ashley, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a vulnerable step, and I believe that choosing to begin this process is both courageous and meaningful. Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming at times and having support can be helpful. I often believe in the idea that “growth and comfort cannot coexist”, and while stepping outside of our comfort zones can feel difficult, it is often where meaningful change begins. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported as we work together to better understand your experiences and move toward healing and growth. My work focuses on promoting developmental wellness and helping individuals strengthen their ability to navigate emotional and executive functioning challenges. I strive to support clients in building insight, developing practical coping skills, and creating meaningful change that improves overall well-being and daily functioning. My academic journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minors in Sociology and Biology from the University of Mount Union (2022), followed by a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Slippery Rock University (2025). My professional background includes outpatient therapy in Pennsylvania, where I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge, working with an intensive outpatient program, after school programs, family therapy, and parent child interaction therapy.
