Introduction

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families feel heard, supported, and understood. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, safe, and tailored to your unique story. My approach is compassionate and down-to-earth; I draw on evidence-based practices while always honoring the strengths you already bring to the table. In addition to my work as a therapist, I am also a in the process preparing for my final test to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This dual background allows me to seamlessly blend systemic family therapy with the practical, skill-building strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Whether we are navigating complex behavioral challenges, supporting neurodivergent family members, or working on functional life skills, my goal is to provide you with concrete tools alongside emotional support. I strive to create a space where growth and healing truly feel possible, and I am deeply committed to helping you build stronger connections with yourself and the people you lo
