I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker independently licensed in 30 U.S. states, including Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Indiana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Iowa, California, Texas, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Montana, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Ohio, Alabama, Wisconsin, Maryland, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Washington, New Jersey, Kentucky, and Virginia, and I am approved to provide clinical supervision across all of my licensed jurisdictions. With over 16 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I have had the privilege of supporting clinicians, clients, and organizations across a wide range of settings and levels of care. My clinical background includes work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and complex systems, and I bring this broad foundation into every supervision, consultation, and therapeutic relationship. I offer clinical supervision, professional consultation, and trauma-focused therapy, with a strong emphasis on Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I am fully certified in ART, an evidence-informed trauma therapy designed to reduce trauma-related symptoms without retraumatization. ART allows clients to process trauma in a way that is both effective and respectful, helping to relieve the physical and emotional responses associated with traumatic experiences while maintaining a sense of control and safety. This modality is a central part of my trauma-informed clinical approach. My credentials include Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), and Certified End-of-Life Doula (CEOLD). I am also a NASW Certified Social Worker in Gerontology (NASW-G), reflecting specialized training and expertise in aging, grief, caregiving, complex family dynamics, and end-of-life transitions. This lens informs my clinical work as well as my supervision and consultation, particularly when supporting clinicians navigating loss, long-term trauma, and life-stage transitions. As a proud HBCU graduate, I value identity, culture, and lived experience as essential components of ethical, effective, and responsive clinical practice. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming and gender-affirming care, and I intentionally integrate this lens into therapy, supervision, and consultation to support safety, authenticity, and belonging for both clients and clinicians. Whether you are a new clinician building confidence, an experienced provider navigating complex cases, or an organization seeking trauma-responsive systems, ethical oversight, and sustainable clinical practices, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for reflection, growth, and professional development. I believe high-quality supervision and consultation should both challenge and support clinicians while helping them anchor into their strengths and develop a confident clinical voice. If you are looking for a supervisor or consultant who will walk alongside you with skill, honesty, and compassion, I would be honored to collaborate. My goal is to help clinicians rise into their professional purpose authentically and confidently, at their own pace, while creating meaningful and lasting impact for the clients and communities they serve.
