Introduction
I see clients who have historically experienced unstable relationships and find themselves in unhealthy relational dynamics. I work with my clients to help them recognize their trauma responses and replace self-sabotaging behaviors with adaptive coping strategies. I most enjoy working with people who have symptoms of personality disorders and those who have had difficulty safely expressing their emotions in the past. I work with clients to develop an individualized treatment plan based on their unique goals. I offer talk therapy and EMDR. I specialize in trauma, addiction, codependency and familial enmeshment, and Borderline Personality Disorder. In order to offer my clients the best service, I devote a great deal of my time to professional development and self care. I offer a non-judgmental approach and a safe environment for goal setting. I believe clients are the experts on their lives. My role as a therapist is to support clients as they learn the tools needed to sustain positive behaviors. I value my clients' needs, wants, and opinions.
