Introduction

Since 2008, I have supported individuals in non-profit youth work, in-home therapy, college campuses, outpatient clinics, and school-based therapy/counseling. I show up as a cisgender woman, mother, partner, runner, lifelong learner, and someone who believes that even in the middle of hard things, there’s still room for curiosity, connection, and, yes, perhaps some silliness. I'm a curious therapist who wants to understand your experience, not just fix it. I consider my style to be warm, real, and collaborative. I look to make sense of patterns, explore what’s feeling stuck, and pay attention to what’s already working. I bring in parts work (IFS) and solution-focused ideas to help you tap into strengths and resources you may not even realize you already have. I love asking questions, reflecting on your strengths, and tapping into the awesome resources you’ve got, both inside and out. I have a deep appreciation for how our environments and relationships shape us and how much healing can happen when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just needing a space to sort things out, my goal is to meet clients with curiosity, honesty, and support as they move toward a life that feels more aligned. I seek to be all ears in each session, actively listening and creating a safe space for you to process those feelings.
