Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in SC. I specialize in treating anxiety & trauma, depression, and adjustment-related concerns using CBT, ACT, and DBT. I have extensive experience in working with children and families navigating behavioral and emotional challenges. In addition, I have completed training to utilize Exposure & Response Prevention (ER/P) for those struggling with OCD. Feel free to reach out and set up a free 15 minute consultation to see if I might be a good fit for you! Although I do not accept insurance, I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance plan regarding reimbursement policies for behavioral health services.
