Introduction

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes the weight of our emotions feels too heavy to carry alone. Whether you are a teen trying to discover who you are and where you belong, a young adult trying to manage life’s new demands, or an adult feeling exhausted by the constant pressure to have it all together, what you are feeling makes sense. Your struggles do not mean you are broken; they mean you are human. My approach centers on your unique emotional experience, offering a genuinely safe, warm, and non-judgmental sanctuary where you can finally take a deep breath, let your guard down, and bring your truest self. Every part of your story is welcome here. I believe everyone deserves to be deeply seen, heard, and understood. Here, your voice matters and your pain is real. Together, we will honor how your past has shaped you while focusing on the present moment, working to uncover who you truly are, where you belong, and what brings genuine meaning to your life in this world. As an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor, my goal is to help you process pain at your own pace, uncover your resilience, and reconnect with genuine hope. No matter how dark or difficult things feel right now, there is a path forward, and I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Outside the therapy room, I focus on the things that recharge my own heart and keep me grounded. I love nothing more than spending quality time with my family, cuddling up with a good book, and traveling to explore new places. Having teenagers of my own who have navigated mental health struggles, I understand firsthand how crucial it is to get help, and it inspires my deep commitment to being that right support for others
