Introduction

Hi, I'm Ashley Davis, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor and the therapist behind Therapy HTX. I've spent more than a decade helping people navigate everything from everyday challenges to complex trauma. My experience includes developing and directing trauma treatment programs, supervising other clinicians, and working with survivors of human trafficking, childhood sexual abuse, combat-related trauma, and profound loss. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients process difficult experiences, understand longstanding patterns, and develop practical tools for change. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy, and your struggles don't have to be extraordinary to matter. Whether you're navigating everyday stress or healing from something life-changing, you deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported.
