Introduction

I know what it feels like to be living a life that looks fine on the outside — and feel completely lost on the inside. I've sat with the ache of relationships that felt off, the disorientation of a spiritual awakening that no one around me could quite understand, and the quiet but persistent knowing that I was meant for something more aligned, more true, more alive. That journey — through the stuck places, the grief, the transformation — is what brought me to this work. Not from a textbook. From the inside out. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and transpersonal lens to every session. That means we don't just talk about what's happening — we explore why, tracing patterns back to their roots in attachment and early experience, and opening space for something new to emerge. But this isn't only clinical work. It's also deeply intuitive. I work with humor and storytelling, with the body and the spirit, with the questions that crack things open. I believe the heart is our most intelligent organ — it knows the rhythm of our true path long before the mind catches up. I also work with women who have been using substances or food to manage pain they haven't yet had words for. Drinking to quiet the noise. Eating to fill something that isn't hunger. These aren't character flaws — they're adaptations. Brilliant ones, actually. They worked, until they didn't. In our work together, we get underneath the pattern to what it was always trying to protect — and we find a freer way to live. The women I work with are awake. They're done with surface-level solutions. They're navigating something real — a life transition, a relationship that doesn't fit anymore, a spiritual opening they don't quite have words for. They know something needs to shift, and they're ready to do the deep work to make it happen. My practice is intentionally small. I see a limited number of clients each week so that every woman who works with me gets my full presence, full skill, and full heart. If you've read this far and something in you is nodding — that's not a coincidence. That's the pull. I'd love to connect.
