I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor providing services to individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I’m also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-II), and I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Saint Mary’s College, with a focus in both Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling. I’ve spent my career working in settings where the work can be challenging, including correctional programs, community-based treatment, and telehealth, and what I’ve seen over and over again is that change starts with feeling safe enough to be honest. Many of the people I work with are unsure about therapy or have tried it before without it feeling helpful. I focus on meeting clients where they are, building trust, and creating a space where they don’t feel judged or rushed. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, while incorporating grounding-based interventions, including mindfulness, to support emotional regulation and present-moment awareness. I focus on helping clients better understand themselves and develop tools that actually work in their day-to-day lives. I’m currently continuing to grow in a private practice setting and expanding my work to include adolescents and couples. At the core of my work is a commitment to helping individuals feel more grounded, develop greater self-awareness, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
