Introduction

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My path into social work began with a deep desire to understand human connection and a belief that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to heal and grow. After earning my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Walden University, I dedicated my practice to helping individuals and couples build resilience, mend relationships, and rediscover their strengths. My approach is deeply collaborative and tailored entirely to you. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all framework. Instead, I draw from a rich toolkit of evidence-based practices to meet you exactly where you are. Therapy with me is a space where you can put down the weight you've been carrying. My goal is to provide you with more than just a listening ear; I want to equip you with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and the confidence to handle whatever life throws your way. Whether you are an individual seeking personal growth or a couple striving to reconnect, we will work together to create meaningful, lasting change so you can live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
